This is automatic 30 layers hot press machine with loading and unloading system, for making plywood board. It is multi-layers, so you can press 30 pcs plywood board at the same time, and the whole pressing process, it is automatic, no need workers, so it is high efficiency, from loading plywood into hot press machine, and unloading plywood and stacking plywood, the whole process is fully automatic, it will improve your production capacity greatly.
Plywood heat press machine can be different daylights and pressure as different clients requires, it can be very less, also can be more, When heat press machine is less layers, feeding plywood by manual will be ok. but when its layers more than 20 layers, we will advise that the press machine equipped with semi automatic or fully automatic infeeder.
