The AFE-25 Plastic Filament Extruding Line is designed to produce high-quality filaments (e.g., ABS, PLA, PC, TPU, ASA) for all brands of 3D printers. This machine features high output (1-2 kg/h)and precision performance, capable of producing filaments with diameters of 1.75mm-3mmand tolerance within ±0.03-0.05mm. Advanced laser diameter measurement ensures real-time monitoring, while an optional PLC automatic PID control system enables automated diameter adjustment without manual intervention. A remote control system can also be integrated upon request.

2.Servo Haul-Off System: Automatically adjusts speed based on real-time laser feedback for uniform thickness.

4.High-Quality Parts: Uses Siemens motors, Omron temperature controllers, and ABB/Delta inverters for reliability.
5. Processes ABS, PLA, PC, TPU, ASA, and other polymers, catering to diverse 3D printing needs.
6.Dual-Tank Cooling: Combines a hot water tank (gradual cooling) and water cooling tank (internal circulation) to prevent filament deformation.
7.Low Power Consumption: 4kW actual production power with a compact footprint (2.5m × 0.45m × 1.9m).
