Thermal spray powder material, grain growth inhibitor for sintering WC/Co hard metals and corrosion resistant components and etc...Chromium Carbide is a kind of high melting point inorganic material under 1000-1100 degrees, which has a good wear-corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance characteristics. Cr3C2 as radical with NiCr, and mixed in high temperature to be NiCr-Cr3C2 powder, can be a perfect wear-corrosion resistance thermal spraying material. Adding Cr3C2 into the hard metals, it not only can refine WC grain, but also can improve alloy's tensile strength and hardness, and can significantly improve corrosion resistance.

have been sold to many countries, like the Turkey, Belgium, Australia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Thailand and etc.

HASTION has passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality system authentication. we are well equipped with the high-level machines for production and inspection.until now HASTION has total over 600tons annual production capacity(TiC rod: 120-180tons; metal powder: 400-450tons), also our prodution scale is still increasing.
