Product Description
Polypropylene has many excellent properties:
1. Low relative density, only 0.89-0.91, one of the lightest varieties of plastics.
2. Good mechanical properties. Except for impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, and molding performance is good.
3. It has high heat resistance, and the continuous use temperature can reach 110-120°C.
4. Good chemical properties, almost no water absorption, and no reaction with most chemicals.
5. Pure texture, non-toxic.
6. Good electrical insulation.
7. The transparency of polypropylene products is better than that of high-density polyethylene products.
Application
PP materials are the most widely used, most frequently used, and fastest growing varieties in the automotive, food, and medical device industries due to their low density, light volume, wide design space, green environmental protection, excellent performance, and low manufacturing cost.
a. Automotive field: bumpers, fenders, dashboards, hood covers, gearbox bases, etc....
b. Food field: disposable tableware, plastic cups, mineral water bottles, storage boxes, etc....
c. Medical field: masks, medical catheters, infusion containers, abdominal wall patches, and films treated with surfactants to become hydrophilic microporous membranes, which can be used to make artificial lungs, surgical sutures such as medical polypropylene monofilament sutures, etc....
d. Other fields: non-critical components in home appliances, daily necessities such as face plates, brushes, and shower gel bottles.
| 1. It is colorless, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic, and is one of the lighter commonly used resins; |

| 3. It has good heat resistance and can be used above 100 ºC, up to 120 ºC under light load, and the maximum continuous use temperature under no-load conditions can reach 120 ºC, and the short-term use temperature is 150 ºC. |
| 4. It has good chemical stability and does not react with most chemicals except strong oxidants; |
| 5. PP has excellent electrical insulation properties and is an excellent dielectric material and electrical insulation material. It can be used as a high-frequency insulation material. |
