Product Description
A: Nylon 12 is a semi-crystalline-crystalline thermoplastic material. Its properties are similar to those of nylon 11, but its crystal structure is different. The relative density is 1.02.
B: Low water absorption, good dimensional stability; excellent low temperature resistance, up to -70ºC;
C: Low melting point, melting point is 170~180ºC, easy molding, wide molding temperature range; good softness, chemical stability, oil resistance, wear resistance, and self-extinguishing material;
D: Long-term use temperature is 80ºC (up to 90ºC after heat treatment), can work for a long time at 100ºC in oil, and can work for a long time at 110ºC in inert gas;
E: It can be processed into monofilament, film, plate, rod, profile by injection molding, extrusion and other methods, and powder can be processed by fluidized bed impregnation, electrostatic coating, rotational molding and other methods.
F: Nylon 12 is a good electrical insulator, it has good impact resistance and chemical stability;
G: The viscosity of nylon 12 mainly depends on humidity, temperature and storage time;
H: It has good fluidity. The shrinkage rate is between 0.5% and 2%, which mainly depends on the material type, wall thickness and other process conditions;
